Description

The Access Team is responsible for Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council’s (“the Council”) countryside access and Public Rights of Way Network. This year, one of our main priorities is the promotion of walking in the rural areas of the borough. With our partners, we are working to encourage more people to discover the unique heritage and natural landscape of Blaenau Gwent on foot, while taking advantage of local hospitality and welcoming places to stay along the way.
A key part of our project is the development and marketing of a series new promoted walks which will showcase Blaenau Gwent’s finest landscape, heritage and local character alongside the refreshing of publications in relation to existing promoted routes within the borough. The Council is inviting proposals to develop the brand identity for the project and create a range of resources and interpretative materials which promote our walking offer (“the Services”).

TD2284- External Print Framework

Derby City Council (DCC) has a requirement to produce a range of materials to communicate messages both internally and externally. To help to meet this demand a new contract in the form of a Framework for Printing Services will be procured. The Council is looking for tenders from suitably qualified and experienced, providers for the following lots: Lot 1 - Standard and Large Volume Printing Lot 2 - Signage and Large Format Printing Lot 3 - Promotional Printing Lot 4 - Advertising Boarding and Installation Lot 5 - Vehicle Signage The scope for these lots will be further detailed in TD2284- ITT Part 3 Specification. Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) is underway in several areas across the country and may result in changes to council structures, service delivery and responsibilities, and geographical coverage during the life of the contract. For this contract it is anticipated that the effects of LGR may lead to an increased service demand or the need to extend provision to new areas or client groups. An additional estimated value of £1,761,000 (Including VAT) to reflect potential future changes in service scope or volume linked to LGR. This is not committed spend. The tender will be published on https://www.eastmidstenders.org/. The deadline for submissions is 12 noon on the 30th January 2026. Further details can be accessed via the tender document which are available on the above link. Please search for TD2284. Please note- we will only accept expressions of interest through the e-tendering system.
