Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) has been issued by BlueLight Commercial who are seeking to award a Framework for the provision of open-source intelligence (OSINT) software for social media screening.
The requirement will be tendered as a multiple supplier Framework and will be conducted in accordance with the Competitive Flexible Procedure under Procurement Act 2023 (“the Regulations”). The Framework Term shall be for a period of 4 years with no option to extend. The anticipated commencement date of the Framework is 9th April 2026.
BlueLight Commercial are utilising an electronic tendering portal (In-Tend) to manage this procurement and as such interested individuals and organisations will need to register on the portal to express their interest, using ref BLC0288. Receive care requirements from Cambridgeshire County Council, either as an initial request or as an amendment in agreed format.
