Aspire Housing (referred to as "Aspire") is looking to appoint a provider of an Out of Hours Contact Centre provision for a contract commencing in April 2026 for a term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, details of which are included in the enclosed documents.

Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System

The Authority is exercising its option to extend its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony And Communication Services for an additional 12 months until 27 March 2026. The DPS comprises of two lots: Lot 1 - Telephony and Communication Services Lot 2 - Enterprise Bundled Services The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join. Current suppliers on the DPS do not need to re-apply and will remain on the DPS.
