Description

We are seeking a media buying agency to partner with us in planning, booking, optimising and evaluating paid media campaigns that promote Teesside University to key home and international audiences. The appointed agency will work closely with Student Recruitment, Marketing & Communications (SRMC) to deliver effective, insight-led campaigns across all channels; support the promotion of our courses, online provision, business services and research strengths; and drive meaningful engagement through content and channel innovation. We expect strong use of market intelligence, rigorous optimisation and reporting, and excellent value-for-money through effective negotiation. The agency will also provide sector insight, competitor analysis, and responsive support to meet tight deadlines.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
