Description

This notice is an intention to award notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.  
Norfolk County Council wishes to procure an integrated drug and alcohol treatment and recovery service, for people experiencing Drug and Alcohol dependency and to build community resilience for Norfolk adults aged 18 + years. The service will be outcome based and recovery focused, prioritising prevention and early intervention, in addition to demonstrating innovation and evidence-based good practice to deliver the best possible outcomes for individuals and their families. 
The service will be responsible for delivery of a comprehensive range of evidence-based services, to support the drug and alcohol related needs of adults. This will include a flexible range of programmes and interventions across all modalities in each locality.

NHS Norfolk & Waveney ICB (NWICB) seeks competitive bids for the Provision of a Learning Disability Respite Service for People aged 18+ with a learning disability, who are under the duty of care of NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and are registered with a GP within Norfolk & Waveney.<br/><br/>The successful Provider will deliver a five-bed residential respite service with nursing care for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.<br/><br/>The service will be provided 24 hours per day, seven days a week including days, evenings and weekends, and will be provided over a full 52 weeks per year, as defined and detailed in the Essential Standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Habilitation Services for Children with Visual Impairments

The service will work with babies, children and young people who are blind or have significant visual difficulties which may be ocular, cerebral or both ocular and cerebral, which will inhibit their ability to travel and live independently. The service provider will work in conjunction with Swindon Borough Councils Vision Support service, who will provide the referrals. The initial contract term will be for 12 months as stated in the Request For Quotation documents. Estimated contract spend is capped at £50,612.80 across the 12 month contract term.
