Description

The London Borough of Bromley is seeking to procure an independent provider for the Provision of Mediation and Dispute Resolution Services (SEN). The service is a statutory requirement under the Children and Families Act 2014, supporting families and young people through Education, Health and Care (EHC) Needs Assessments and Plans. The provider will deliver independent mediation and disagreement resolution in line with the SEN Code of Practice. The contract will commence in January 2026 for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

Due to practicalities on site, the Council will need to limit numbers to two (2) per Provider in the first instance. The Council will procure this contract using the Open Procedure as defined in the Procurement Act 2023 Full details of the requirement and context of the procurement can be found in the Service Specification of the Contract Document.
