Description

Devon County Council will be setting up an open framework for Independent and Alternative Education Support for Children and Young People in Devon. The framework will comprise the following Lots:
Lot 1a - Pre-16 Education Placements for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) with independent schools, independent special schools or non-maintained special schools.
Lot 1b - Post-16 Education Placements for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) with independent post-16 settings and independent special post-16 settings schools and colleges.
Lot 2a - Bespoke packages of Alternative Education Provision support which form part of an educated other than at school (EOTAS) which has been named within a child or young person's statutory Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Lot 2b - Bespoke packages of Alternative Education Provision support to enable children and young people to reintegrate to their school or move onto another education setting.

National Autism Training for Psychiatrists (Enhanced training) 2025/26

NHS England Workforce, Training and Education is seeking to commission a provider to deliver Autism Training for Psychiatrists at an Enhanced level. The Delivery of End Point Assessments (EPA) for the Army Level 4 Intelligence Analyst (ST0516), Level 4 Data Analyst (ST0118) and the Level 3 Data Technician (ST0795)

The contracted EPAO will deliver EPA for the Level 4 Intelligence Analyst (ST0516) and the Level 4 Data Analyst (ST0118) to the British Army’s Intelligence Corps, the Level 3 Data Technician (ST0795) to the Royal Corps of Signals, in accordance with current DfE regulations and in line with the EQAP’s regulations. Once appointed the End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) will be responsible for delivering the following activities in connection with the apprenticeship standard: - Assessment Design and Delivery. - Governance, Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement. - Communications with All Stakeholders. - Learner Management - Managing Complaints, Appeals, Re-Sits and Re-Takes. The Authority will accept tenders from suppliers: - Who are registered with DfE to provide EPA for all three Standards (Level 4 Intelligence Analyst (ST0516), Level 4 Data Analyst (ST0118) or Level 3 Data Technician (ST0795)). - Or are registered with DfE to provide EPA for two of the three Standards and the supplier is in the process of registering for the third Standard at the time of the submission for their tender. Proof of application for registration will be required from DfE (or their representative such as Skills England), with the tender PSQ. - Registration for the third Standard must be completed by the planned contract award date of 20 Mar 26. On contract award proof of registration from DfE will be required. - If the awarded supplier cannot provide this proof by the contact award date they will be rejected from the tendering process and next most advantageous bidder with registration for all three Standards will be awarded the contract.
