Creative Design Services-Ulster University wishes to appoint a single supplier to help us realise our growth ambitions. An extension of our own team who will embrace and ambassador the brand as we do, to fortify brand excellence in all that we do. Brand management is one of the most complex management challenges for universities. The globalisation of the education sector and increasing competition in higher education means that brands have increasingly become a strategic asset to be carefully developed with its value protected and grown. Brand Design - Concept creation of sub brand, logo or brand lock up, including research, mood boards, concepts presentation and finally delivery of brand with associated guidelines. Video - Producing story boards, on occasion scripts and managing logistics through to complete edit. Completing with captions, name plates and graphic cards. Where necessary producing and executing video content for cinema and TV including management of Clearcast, clocking and Peach upload. Photography - Capturing photographs of our buildings and facilities to artistically celebrate the investment in our students and in Northern Ireland. Supply of design and manufacture of Interpretation panels and digital content - Linda Vista gardens, Abergavenny.

Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant/consultant team to design, manufacture and install interpretation panels and signage, and to produce supporting digital content for Linda Vista historic gardens in Abergavenny. The new interpretation is an integral part of a broader project aimed at enhancing the cultural heritage and natural environment of the site while promoting tourism and leisure. Employer's Agent for Refurbishment of Dodleston Village Hall

1. Background The Dodleston Village Hall Project Steering Group is working on behalf of the Dodleston Village Foundation, DVF (a not-for-profit organisation that owns the Village Hall) and the Parish Council (expected to be a major funder of the project). The Project Group intends to undertake a major refurbishment of the Village Hall to extend its useful life, improve accessibility, modernise facilities, and enhance energy efficiency. The hall is a key community asset used for public meetings, social events, private functions, health & wellbeing activities, cultural activities and is the base for Dodleston Pre-school. Funding is anticipated to be from a mix of Parish Council grant, other grants (for example The Lottery), and community fundraising. 2. Scope of Services The Employer's Agent (EA) will be appointed to act on behalf of the Project Steering Group to ensure delivery of the project in line with agreed objectives of cost, quality, time, and compliance. The EA will act as the principal point of liaison between the Project Group, the Parish Council, DVF and the design/construction teams.
