Description

NCC are seeking specialist marketing and PR support with a knowledge of post 16 education, including an understanding of the cycle of recruitment that occurs in a post 16 environment for young people, adults and apprentices. We would expect that their strategy and planning support will help us to understand our current position, where we aspire to be and how that can be achieved. Being specialists in establishing an engaging tone of voice, they will be able to effectively publicise our brand and support us to extend our reach via carefully curated content, including articles, news releases, website content, and copy for advertising materials. A key output will to ensure that Northumberland Council are able to attract learners to benefit from the services provided by Northumberland Skills.

A Cumbria Connect to Work (CtW) Programme is being procured to cover the Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council areas. Cumberland Council is leading on the procurement and is also the Accountable Body for this programme. The Councils are seeking, through the CtW programme, to break down barriers to employment and provide sustainable job opportunities for individuals with complex needs.
