Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) conducted a Further Competition via the Crown Commercial Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), ref: RM6348 Adult Skills and Learning DPS to obtain qualified suppliers to deliver its Adult Skills and Free Courses for Jobs provision across the EMCCA region.

The Further Competition awarded call off contracts of between £100,000-£650,000 per Lot. Call off contracts are for an initial term of 1 year with an option to extend for a further 2x12months at EMCCAs discretion. The Lots are:

Lot 1 - Adult Skills Fund
Lot 2 - Free Courses for Jobs

Service delivery is required from August 2025.  See attached sheet for breakdown of awards.

Defence Medical Services (DMS) Service Provider- Delivery of the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker English Apprenticeship (ST0217)

The Ministry of Defence / Army announce an upcoming contracting opportunity, for a six year contract commencing 1st Aug 26, to support and supplement the delivery of the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker English Apprenticeship (ST0217) to the Defence Medical Services (Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force) Medics and Health Care Assistants. This is a two-year apprenticeship with the majority of training delivered by the tri-Services acting as an Apprenticeship Employer-Provider with a tri-Service initial military ‘foundation medic’ programme delivered to all apprentices at the Defence Medical Academy, Lichfield, followed by completion of the apprenticeship at military units UK wide. There is a requirement for an APAR registered Provider to supplement the military training delivery of the apprenticeship, provide Functional Skills training where required, support Apprentices (for example by conducting progress reviews and EPA preparation), create and manage DfE compliant learner records. Full definition of the requirement will be in the Uk4 Tender notice. A Bidders Briefing session is planned to be held at the Defence Medical Academy (Litchfield) on the 11 Sep 2025 with details on how to secure a place provided in the Tender Notice. Lot 9 - Early Years Experts - Sector Support ITT for Educational and Childrens Social Care (ECSC) Framework

The Department for Education is inviting tenders in line with this specification for suppliers to join Lot 9 DfE Support for the Early Years Sector of the Educational and Children's Social Care Professionals (ECSC) Framework. Suppliers must have successfully responded to all mandatory pre-qualification questions in the overarching ITT prior to responding to the Lot-specific requirements contained within this Invitation to Tender. The initial tender window is from 22nd August 2025 to 19th September Bidders are able to respond to the ITT by submitting bids to join the individual lot on the framework during this onboarding phase and will undergo rigorous supplier checks. The Department reserves the right to reopen the Lot to allow new entrants to the market to apply to join this Lot.
