The Minor Civils Framework will support 3 main areas of the business for planned and reactive requirements for Water and Wastewater operations (across all regions): 
Roads, access, footpaths, drainage & Fencing repairs
Buildings, chambers, cabling, pipework, ducting
Tanks
In principle, the services required will not be major capital investments but minor repairs or making good work. involve repairs, replacements, or alterations to existing structures and infrastructure, and often don't require extensive planning or resources.

This is an Expression of Interest and part of a two stage tender procedure. Ashford Borough Council is looking to procure a contractor for the Roof Replacement and PV Installation for Ellingham Industrial Estate. The Works comprise of full removal of the existing roofs (although an overclad system will be considered for the 56 non-asbestos roofs), the design and construction of a new insulated roofing layer over 78 Industrial Units and installation of roof mounted PV array and all ancillary equipment.

North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) is seeking the services of a suitably competent Service Provider to supply and erect scaffolding structures including fixed tubular and towers on behalf of the Council's In-House Repairs Team (IRT). The initial contract period is 24 Months and will commence on 01 November 2025 and end on 31 October 2027. There is an option to extend the contract for a further two periods of 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and business need, and at the sole discretion of the Council. The maximum contract period is therefore 48 months.
