      Access code 3GM292WDVV(Planning Advisory Service (PAS) are helping councils complete and submit their local plans made under the pre-2025 system before the cut-off date of December 2026 and helping councils understand and respond to a new LURA system of making local plans in 30 months. This support will help LPAs strengthen the project management of their plan-making processes.  
      
      It includes the co-design of a toolkit, one-to-one support, and group-based sessions to improve timetabling, resourcing, and risk management. The focus is on practical advice and tools that can be consistently applied across both plan-making systems. )

Provision of Support with Planning Applications, and Land, Property and Facility Transactions services to North London Waste Authority

North London Waste Authority (NLWA) owns a diverse portfolio of land, properties and facilities across north London. For a number of these sites, NLWA requires assistance in developing and implementing planning applications as well as expert advisory services for the purchase and sale of assets. Securing the necessary planning or regulatory permissions is crucial for optimising the use and value of these assets. Municipal Building: Design element for the cultural and creative transformation works to the Passmore Edwards Building, Falmouth

The Council invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of a professional services design team for design services to overhaul the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building. It should be noted that work consist of the following: a) Internal works to redesign the internal gallery space (see brief). Initially this is to undertake RIBA Stages 0-2 which will inform a submission for funding. If approved, there will be a second phase RIBA 3-4. The final stage RIBA Stages 5-6 will also be dependent on external funding applications. b) The external works are at RIBA Stage 3 and have both Listed Building Consent and planning permission. c) With the above exception for the external works, where the appointed professional services design team will be required to undertake RIBA stages 3 onwards, for all other aspects of the work they will be required to provide the professional services to undertake all the relevant tasks through the RIBA stages, including surveys, technical studies, business planning and the design of a practical and economically viable solutions through to contract administration.

HCC Aug 2025 - The Provision of Property Town Planning Consultants Framework

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Property Town Planning Consultants Framework. This Framework is for provision of general and specialist town planning advice to Hertfordshire County Council (HCC or the Council) as a landowner. The Council’s property portfolio is diverse and includes (but is not limited to) office accommodation, schools, libraries, fire stations, adult care facilities, waste management sites, rural estate land and buildings. The advice could relate to assets currently owned by the council, or those to be acquired. The Framework is for Property Town Planning Consultants as a single requirement and therefore it is not spilt into Lots. The estimated value in this notice is for the total four years of the Framework. The annual value will vary. Full details are in the tender document set. The Specification is Schedule 1 of the Framework document. The Council will procure this contract using the Open Procedure as defined in the Procurement Act 2023 Full details of the requirement and context of the procurement can be found in the Service Specification of the Framework Document.
