REACTIVE REPAIRS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Reactive maintenance works are those that comprise of day to day emergency repairs together with short term items to rectify immediate problems e.g. repair to a toilet. The works could potentially be required across the West Midlands region, which is split into the following areas: Birmingham North and South, Black Country North and South and Coventry and Solihull. Landlord Strip Out Works - Unit 50 The Mall, Charter Walk Shopping Centre, Burnley

Tenders are invited from contractors having the resources, sufficient capacity and experience working with Local Authority clients to remove the existing tenant shop fit, test, service and commission all existing services at Charter Walk Shopping Centre, Burnley. All works must be in accordance with the drawings, specifications and manufacturers written instructions in the tender documents. The contractor will also be responsible for the design and installation of a ramped to the ground floor back of house are to negate level changes created by existing steps. Design shall comply with current Building Control Regulations and detailed drawings are required. Black Cat Building Consultancy Ltd are supporting the Council with this tender opportunity. The contract will likely commence late October 2025, and we anticipate an eight-week programme will be sufficient.

Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of LUF - Interpretation Totems - Design & Manufacture and invites tenderers to submit a tender to meet the Council's requirements: Description of Works This tender is for a manufacturer to develop and manufacture nine interpretive totems that are to be placed in parks and public open spaces within Canterbury City Centre. The tenderer will be required to develop and manufacture the totems based on the existing designs produced by Simon Leach Design for Canterbury City Council.
