North Northamptonshire Council (NNC), in partnership with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), is seeking to establish a framework for the provision of care and support within supported accommodation for Individuals with needs related to mental health and / or autism in North Northamptonshire. The support offered under this Framework in short-term accommodation includes care and support which is based around a step-down model for individuals, where key progression aims inclusive of skill acquisition, independence and re-familiarisation with the individual's own community is supported. The Framework aims to support individuals, some of whom may have spent long periods of time in long stay hospital settings as an example, to reacquaint themselves with the community The following Lots detail the Services to be initially procured: • Lot 1 - Supported Accommodation for Individuals with Mental Health Needs- Recovery Pathway 1 (a) - Standard 1 (b) - Enhanced • Lot 2- Supported Accommodation Services for Autistic Individuals 2 (a) - Standard 2 (b) - Enhanced The Council is setting up the Framework Agreement for an initial period of 48 months, with the option to extend for two additional periods of 12 months each, for a maximum duration of 72 months (4+1+1 years). The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Contract and this procurement is conducted via open process in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.

Total (estimated) Contract Value: £600,000 divided into lots Publication of Tender notice (estimate): 3rd November 2025 The Service to be provided Wrexham County Borough Council wish to re-commission our external Families First provision under the following three lots;  Parenting  Youth  Disability We aim to commission services to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. Placing emphasis on early intervention, prevention, and providing support for whole families, rather than individuals. The programme will promote greater multi-agency working and collaboration, to ensure families receive joined-up support when they need it. The intention of the programme is to provide early support for families with the aim of preventing problems escalating. We are undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement work to engage with potential suppliers and other persons for the purpose of identifying requirements and designing a model that address the needs of the community. The timeline for the tender process will be published in the Tender Notice. TUPE may be applicable as there are providers delivering the services at present.

Leicester City Council wishes to commission a Leicester Children and Young People's Health and Wellbeing Survey 2025/26 (the 'Service'). The design, execution and reporting of a children and young people's health and wellbeing survey. The survey will provide a high quality cross-sectional snapshot of health and wellbeing beliefs, behaviours and experiences among 10-16 year olds in Leicester. The themes and presentational style of the survey will be in line with previous local surveys.The survey shall be of children aged 10 to 16 years attending schools in the Leicester local authority area. Targeting the academic year groups six (10 to 11 year olds), eight (12 to 13 year olds) and ten (14 to 15 year olds) in Leicester primary, secondary, and special schools. Questions will be primarily focused on health and wellbeing themes, including the wider determinants of health, with some additional questions on issues of contemporary relevance. Questions will be designed appropriately for the age cohort and school type. This is a one year contract with no extensions to run from November 24th 2025 to November 23rd 2026.
