The construction Manager will work closely with SHP who will manage this contract on behalf of LBS and other contractors appointed to deliver the works. This retrofit project will deliver significant improvements to LBS housing stock, specifically properties in Thicket Crescent and Thicket Road, Sutton, SM1.

Municipal Building: Design element for the cultural and creative transformation works to the Passmore Edwards Building, Falmouth

The Council invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of a professional services design team for design services to overhaul the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building. Folkestone and Hythe District Council (FHDC) wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for technical consultancy services for fit-out works at the Folca 2 building in Folkestone's town centre and invites organisations to submit a tender to meet FHDC's requirements. Planned tendering exercise for Castle Cary station Ticket Offices modernisation

Background: Castle Cary railway station is a key transport hub in Somerset, connecting the town and surrounding rural areas to London, Exeter, and Plymouth via the Great Western Main Line. The project is in GWR's programme for design and delivery within this fiscal year 2025. Despite its small size, the station provides essential amenities including a ticket office, waiting shelters, cycle storage, and parking to both the east and west. The existing station building has historical heritage value and is in need of refurbishment to support future passenger growth, improve staff facilities and align with GWR's customer experience standards. The project has recently completed PACE 1 (ES1-ES3) and is currently progressing through PACE 2 (ES4). This Procurement sets out the requirement to appoint a contractor to deliver works from PACE 2 (ES5) through to the end of PACE 4 (ES8) under a JCT Intermediate Works Contract with contractor design responsibility.
