Description

Folkestone and Hythe District Council (FHDC) wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for technical consultancy services for fit-out works at the Folca 2 building in Folkestone's town centre and invites organisations to submit a tender to meet FHDC's requirements. The specific requirements for the contract are detailed in the Specification at Appendices A, B, C and D.
This tender will be conducted using a one-stage 'open' procedure.
The contract is anticipated to start in September 2025 and continue for a period of 36 months (with the option to extend for additional period(s) of up to 12 months), unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.

Employer's Agent- Refurbishment of Maidstone House & The Link

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is inviting interested parties to submit tenders for the appointment of Employer's Agent to support an upcoming project to facilitate the refurbishment of its main Council offices. The two buildings are currently powered via a shared fossil fuel mechanical & electrical plant (MEP) system. Many elements of the system have reached the end of their serviceable life and upgrades are required to assure the building's ability to provide comfortable working conditions for its occupants.
