Contractors will deliver emergency call-outs, routine repairs, and scheduled works in compliance with the specification. The Council is seeking to procure a comprehensive highway drainage cleansing service on the Area Network (London Borough of Bromley), to ensure the efficient working of the various elements of the Borough's highway drainage infrastructure. This includes proactive and reactive maintenance towards our inventory of ≈35,000 gullies, ≈2,500 soakaways, ≈350 manholes and catch pits, as well as various linear or kerb drainage channels.

The contract comprises the repair and maintenance of the fabric, finishes and services, including minor works at properties within the charge of the Council within the Derbyshire Dales District Council boundary. The type of maintenance and repair work will range from emergency repairs to routine and non-urgent work, which could include minor improvements. The initial contract period shall be for 2 years.
