The Council wishes to invite further competition responses for the supply of services in respect of using Enforcement Agents for the collection of Council Tax, Business Rates, BID, OHP's, Rent arrears and Trace enquiries. Please note this a multi award decision with three suppliers being awarded the contract and the work and value of the work being split as evenly as possible.

Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint two Enforcement Agencies to provide recovery services for Council Tax and Business Rates and collection services for Housing Benefit Overpayments and accounts receivable (sundry) debts on behalf of the Public Health, Customer and Community Wellbeing Directorate.
