Forestry and Land Scotland (The Employer) looks after the national forests and land to enhance biodiversity, support tourism, and increase access to the green spaces that will help improve Scotland’s physical and mental health and well-being. The Employer also continues to provide vital timber supplies to support a sustainable rural economy. The Framework Agreements will provide a compliant route to market for the Employer to procure the works from a list of pre-approved contractors and replace the current Framework Agreements.

Conversion of a former Bank to Library Hub

Project Description Launceston Town Council purchased a former bank and is converting it to an in-town library hub. The initial stage of the project was completed earlier this year and now all necessary permissions and consents, are in place with Cornwall Council. This next stage is to move the project forward by undertaking the work as specified in the above-mentioned permissions. Information about these permissions may be found in the attached document.
