Project Description
Launceston Town Council purchased a former bank and is converting it to an in-town library hub. The initial stage of the project was completed earlier this year and now all necessary permissions and consents, are in place with Cornwall Council.
This next stage is to move the project forward by undertaking the work as specified in the above-mentioned permissions. Information about these permissions may be found in the attached document. (Word/pdf)
The new Library Hub is located in the former Barclays Bank, 6 Broad Street Launceston Cornwall PL15 8AF.
This tender stage falls into 2 parts beginning with Expressions of Interest. The criteria for suppliers to progress to the full tender stage are contained within the attached document 'Phase 2 EOI(2) Launceston Library Hub'
