Description

This is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Midland Metro Limited (MML). Midland Metro Ltd (MML) are looking to award a single supplier contract for the Provision of Winterisation Gritting and Snow Removing Services. The Supplier is required to provide a high-quality service within the scope of the Specification.

Contract Term: 3 Years plus 2 x 12-month optional extensions. 
Evaluation: Technical (Quality) 55% / Commercial (Price) 45%

Site Visit: There is a site visit of the MML Depot (Wednesbury) scheduled for 24th June 9.30am-11.30 should you wish to attend. Further details are included in the ITT Pack.
Clarification Question Deadline by Friday 4th July 2025 12-noon via e-Bravo ONLY.
ITT Submission Deadline:  Thursday 17th July 2025 12-noon.

Water Damage Restoration Services 2025

The Council is seeking to appoint a number of contractors to a framework agreement for the provision of water damage restoration services. The Council currently insures approximately 1600 premises with the service being required to restore premises back to a useable status following claims ranging from a small amount of damage such as some rainwater ingress under a door or an overflowing washing machine to much larger claims where several locations in one building have water damage, such as rainstorm damage to a roof or a mains failure. The Council has not carried out any market engagement due to the straight forward nature of requirement. Please note that the values given in this notice are an estimate only. Government has also invited participation by Norfolk in Local Government Review. This process has the potential to lead to unitary local government in Norfolk. One of these changes could happen without the other. The framework may be assigned or novated to any successor authority(ies) to Norfolk County Council or to any joint body incorporating or formed by any such successor. The framework may be used by any current or future local authority serving all or part of the area currently served by Norfolk County Council and Suffolk County Council.

• Approx. Contract 94 - Legionella Surveying, Analysis and Remedial Works Framework

North Tyneside Council (the 'Authority') is seeking tenders to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of Legionella surveying and analysis and Legionella remedial works its non-residential buildings (hereinafter referred to as the Works). The nature of the non-residential premises will include, but not be limited to, education premises, commercial premises and public buildings. These premises may be owned and operated by the Authority, their business partners and private enterprises. The Buildings are all located within the Borough of North Tyneside and their opening hours will vary due to the nature of their operation. Any restrictions and access to premises will be advised at the point of notification by the Authority and their representatives. The Contractor should ensure that they have adequate resources to meet the needs of the Contract, where the majority of planned works at educational premises will be scheduled to be undertaken during school holiday periods. For the purposes of the CDM regulations 2015, generally North Tyneside Council (the Authority) will act as Principal Contractor. The Authorised Officer is the Authority staff member or representative, authorised to request works to be undertaken with the terms of the Contract. There are 2 lots under this framework.
