Description

•	Approx. Annual tonnage of 360t currently but hoping this will increase to around 500t as we extend the service offering 
•	Any offtaker proposals must include details of the carpet specification and conditions required

•	Loads will be delivered by LEL vehicles if delivery site is within close proximity to North London (no more than 20 miles from any of our RRCs in North London)
•	If the delivery site is more than 20 miles from any of our RRCs in North London please provide transport costs for a bin exchange at our RRCs across North London (Approx 1-2 collections a fortnight)
•	Delivery site would ideally be able to accept deliveries Monday- Sunday including BH's between 0700 and 1500 however due to the low tonnage we could work with Monday to Friday opening

•	Off takers would need to provide quarterly waste data flow information 
•	All carpets must be sent for reuse or recycling with minimal being sent for incineration or landfill

•	Off taker to advise as to what the charge/rebate will be set for material 

•	Standard LEL contract length- ideally but would settle for a rolling 12 month contract under the right conditions

North Tyneside Council (the 'Authority') is seeking tenders to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of Legionella surveying and analysis and Legionella remedial works its non-residential buildings (hereinafter referred to as the Works). Waste Management and Recycling

Leighton-Linslade Town Council wishes to appoint a waste management and recycling provider who has recycling capabilities to maximise the amount of recycling from our activities associated with parks management, cemetery management, office facilities, pavilions and for future sites as and when required. Please complete the attached pre-qualification questionnaire to allow the Town Council to shortlist providers to a competitive quotation stage. The deadline for pre-qualification submissions is 11am on Thursday12 June 2025. Thereafter, evaluation will be based on price, estimated recycling rates and energy recovery. Shortlisted providers will be required to attend a meeting of the Grounds and Environment Committee on 23 June 2025 (7.30pm) where a presentation is to be given setting out your environmental credentials and how you would responsibly treat waste generated from this contract to ensure that as close to 100% is diverted from landfill. A preferred supplier recommendation from the Grounds and Environment Committee will be made to Council at its meeting to be held 30 June 2025. Contract to commence on 7 October 2025 for a five year period.
