Description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced firm to complete Legionella Written Control Schemes, Risk Assessments and Monitoring Procedures for the period of 20 May 2025 – 31 May 2028 with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months, subject to performance and review.

Municipal Building: Design element for the cultural and creative transformation works to the Passmore Edwards Building, Falmouth

The Council invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of a professional services design team for design services to overhaul the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building. It should be noted that work consist of the following: a) Internal works to redesign the internal gallery space (see brief).
