It is intended that this commercial agreement will be a recommended vehicle for all facilities management and security services required by UK Central Government Departments.

Asylum Support Services in Buckinghamshire

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking an experienced supplier(s) to deliver its Asylum support service. The service is divided into 2 geographical areas referred to as Lots, namely Lot 1 (North Buckinghamshire) and Lot 2 (South Buckinghamshire). Suppliers may bid for one or both Lots. Using Asylum Dispersal grant funding from the Home Office, this new service aims to reduce the impact on council services through the provision of support to asylum seekers and refugees covering: • Information and advice • Language support • Volunteering opportunities • Wellbeing activities • Signposting and supporting with access to key services • Establishing drop-in centres in key locations to provide advice and practical support The services start date is anticipated to be 1st March 2026. The contract term will be for two years. The 2 year initial term ends 29 February 2028. The Council may at its discretion extend the contract for two further extensions of 12 months each, subject to funding. Lot 1 - There is a budget cap of £30,000 for each year of the contract period including the extension periods. (£120,000 budget for the full contract term including extensions). Lot 2 - There is a budget cap of £45,000 for each year of the contract period including the extension periods. (£180,000 budget for the full contract term including extensions). Emergency Lighting Maintenance 2025-29

The University of Salford invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the inspection, testing, servicing, and maintenance of emergency lighting systems across the University estate. This contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend a further 1 year subject to both parties agreeing. The appointed contractor must comply with all relevant UK legislation, including: • Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 • Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 • BS 5266 series for emergency lighting • Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 • Procurement rules under the Procurement Act 2023 • IET Wiring Regs BS 7671 Scope of Works The contractor will be responsible for: a) Routine inspection and testing of emergency lighting systems b) Rectification of faults subject to approval from the University. c) Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) in accordance to SFG20 schedules d) Asset tagging and register update with photographs of each asset e) Reporting and certification in accordance with current British Standards Types of systems include (but are not limited to): a) Self-contained (single point) luminaires b) Central battery systems c) Emergency conversion kits d) Maintained and non-maintained units e) Exit signage

Invitation to Tender to provide a HR and Payroll System solution (5-year contract)

As a family of six community-based colleges across East Kent, EKC Group's mission is to play a leading role for East Kent in developing the economic and social prosperity of the communities we serve. The Group's current Human Resources and Pay Roll system is being phased out by the supplier from 31 March 2026 and this has bought forward a planned procurement exercise for these solutions. The Group employs over 1500 staff and provides HR and payroll services for our sister EKC Schools Trust, which has 700 employees over 15 schools. We have a wholly owned subsidiary that runs a Hotel which has 41 employees and a Tronc Scheme of 51 employees. At present the Group has proprietary software for performance management, leave and expenses claims and a third-party recruitment and onboarding system (e-ploy). Whilst these could be maintained this tender includes the potential to include these elements within the overall software supplied.
