Due to the nature of our delivery, we are seeking Intervention Partners to meet the demand for self-employment support. The provision will support our participants across England. Seetec require a provider who can deliver tailored self-employment support to our participants who are unemployed/economically inactive and need support to help them start or grow their businesses. The self-employment support should include: - 121 meetings with a business advisor - Creating a tailored action plan and business plan to suit the participants unique needs and goals - Assistance with business registration - Guidance on completing tax returns - Support with navigating Universal Credit for the self-employed - In work support for the participant once their business is up and running - A range or workshops to support with: - Business planning - Marketing - Social media (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram etc.) - Websites & domains - Business finances - Understanding self-employment Ideally with this support should include a mix of face-to-face delivery with the business advisor and wrap around online support as well. The participants should receive support for 6-12 months to ensure they can start and grow their business and can sustain their self-employment. The successful Bidder will need to work closely with Seetec's validation team to confirm participants' job outcomes. Seetec hold contracts across several government departments, spanning multiple geographies across the Southwest, East of England, Midlands, Northwest and London. The provider must be able to deliver, as a minimum, across the Southwest. Additional information: Seetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received and the successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners. Payment Mechanism: Spot purchase basis with no guaranteed volumes. Seetec Contracting entity: Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC) This procurement is to deliver services across England for participants on Seetec's employability programmes. However, referrals may come from the Employability, Business & Training or Communities & Education business units, which trade under the following names: - Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC) - Seetec Pluss Ltd - Pluss CIC - Tribal Business Solutions Standard T&Cs attached for information in addition to these there will be KPIs and SLAs to include: - Participant progress updates - Attendance reporting - Case study submissions - Contract management reviews - Success rates for Job Starts and Job Outcomes Specific requirements and capabilities: - Supplier must be able to deliver tailored self-employment support to individuals. - Supplier must have experience working with participants who are unemployed or economically inactive. - Supplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information). - Supplier must submit the rate card template provided which should include the full list of services they are able to provide. - Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified.

Homeless Singles Supported Housing Service

Westminster City Council (WCC) are recommissioning their Homeless Singles Supported Housing Service (previously titled Transitional Housing Approach). The service is a pivotal and strategically aligned provision at the heart of the WCC’s Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2024. This service is a cornerstone of our ambition to prevent homelessness, enhance recovery, and transform lives through a dynamic, tailored, and outcomes-driven approach. The Contract will deliver accommodation-based support to a portfolio of 58 bedspaces across six properties (three 24/7 staffed sites and three satellite step-downs units) based in Marylebone and Maida Vale. Referrals into the service will be single individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with associated complex support needs including mental and physical health, substance misuse and criminal behaviours. The referrals will be made by [not exclusively] Probation, Housing Solutions Service, Adult Social Care, Street Outreach Teams and Statutory Mental Health Services. Objectives of the Service is to appropriately support service users to gain independence, experience improved health and wellbeing, access education,employment and training and transition into longer term more stable accommodation. Effective partnerships with the referring agencies, third sector and community-based organisations will be instrumental to achieving the outcomes required The estimated commencement date of this contract 01/01/2026. The estimated service commencement date is 01/04/2026. The initial term of the contract is a 3 years. The Contract may, at the Authority’s discretion, be extended for a further period of up to an aggregate of two (2) years, with a total contract period of five years (calculated from the Service Commencement Date), expiring no later than 31 March 2031. During the Contract Period the Authority may, at its sole discretion, require additional Services to be delivered by the Provider, i.e. additional units of accomodation based support. Further details of this possible increase and how it may be implemented are set out in the Specification and Contract. As such, the Authority anticipates there could potentially be an increase in the total value of the Contract of up to 20% of its total 5 year budget. The budget published includes this 20% additional capacity. Specialist Education Framework Phase 1 – Independent Non-Maintained Special Schools Round 4

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to add further Independent non-maintained Special Schools (INMSS) to the INMSS Framework under which the Council are looking to commission INMSS and Post-16 (where the provision is delivered in house by the school) provision of specialist school placements for pupils who are not attending mainstream or maintained special schools and who have an Education Health Care (EHC) Plan. This process is the reopening of the framework for new providers to bid to join the INMSS framework and is the fourth tender round. This tender round is only open to bid to join the INMSS Approved Provider List which is Lot 2 of the Framework Agreement. The Council are not re-opening Lot 1 Block Contract in this tender round. Any providers who were unsuccessful in the previous tender rounds (1, 2 and 3) for Lot 2 can reapply in this tender round (4).
