Description

The purpose of this tender is to provide a Framework of Suppliers able to supply and/or install LED lighting and associated items/electrical works.
Lot 1 – Supply of LED Lighting and associated equipment
Lot 2 – Installation of LED Lighting and associated equipment
Lot 3 - Supply and Installation of LED Lighting and associated equipment, including the provision of end to end project
specification and management
Lot 4 – Supply and or Installation of Specialist LED Lighting
Bidders may respond on any or all Lots. Each Lot will be awarded independently.

Contract for Electrical works at Sketty park

Swansea Council intends to Complete EWI, Roofing& Associated Works at 28 properties in the Sketty park area. Properties within regeneration scheme are tenanted 2/3 Bed semi-detached properties and 2 storey flats and 3 storey block of flats. External wall fabric is traditional cavity wall construction made up of an internal blockwork skin, 50mm cavity and a pebble dashed blockwork / brickwork external façade.
