Business Services Organisation (BSO), Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) seeks to provide a Contract for the Maintenance of Pendants, Theatre Light Systems, Examination Lamps, Theatre Sliding Doors and i-Suite Theatre to meet the requirements of the Health and Social Care (HSC) in Northern Ireland.

AC Equipment and Cold rooms

Annual AC Equipment and Coldroom service and maintenance including a reactive call out cover, as per Full asset list of university plant. Servicing to be done in accordance with Manufacturers guidelines and University of Dundee scope University of Dundee Scope of annual servicing where applicable. AC equipment indoor and outdoor to be checked for correct/efficient operation, cleaning and note any defects. The contractor should inform of any equipment that is now obsolete to allow for planned upgrades.
