Description

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide SEND Outreach Services split into 4 lots. The tender is an open consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st September 2025 ending by 31st August 2027 with an option to extend for a period of 3 x 12 month periods. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £811,500 per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. Further details regarding bid timescales are noted below but this is advertised as a 60 month contract with a maximum 5 year service: Lines available - Service start date - Various, but mainly mid 2026 (See table in PSQ Document for details) The companies identified from these shortlisting questions to receive the ITT for the Service will then receive a detailed set of requirements. For the purposes of this shortlisting stage bidders should assume that the ITT will include, but is not be limited to; • A managed connectivity service to connect schools anywhere in England • A broadband service for each school based on synchronous connectivity • A 'failover' line • A firewalled service • Filtering and security solution compliant with latest KCSIE regulations • Take over a managed VoIP telephony service for each school to an agreed number of handsets each (see details in PSQ Document) • Support and maintenance service • Full end to end single SLA approach • Management of any 3rd parties required to provide the service • Relevant monitoring, management, and reporting • Full installation and transition service • Value added services Technical interface into the Trusts outsourced support provision Bidders should note the following: • The Trust will provide a standard contract as part of the ITT Pack • There is will not be a requirement for TUPE from existing suppliers.

The CAMHS Programme is seeking to purchase a license to deliver a bilingual, evidence based, mental health resilience package of intervention, with training to support the delivery of the intervention. The license must cover Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) staff who meet defined requirements to deliver the evidence-based training package(s) to other professionals, children and young people, families and trusted adults across a range of settings within the North Wales region. The purchase of the license must also include options to purchase physical training resources e.g., training manuals and workbooks as and when required during the license agreement. Invitation to Tender for Curriculum Subject Drafters ( Lot 10 - DfE ECSC Framework)

THIS IS A CALL FOR COMPETITION The Department for Education (DfE) has published this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Curriculum Subject Experts through the Educational and Children's Social Care (ECSC) Framework. This notice is to announce the launch of Lot 10: Curriculum Subject Drafters, a new, additional lot, through the ECSC for National Curriculum Subject Drafters, in anticipation of work, likely to commence in Autumn 2025, to revise the National Curriculum Programmes of Study and qualifications subject content including GCSE/A level following the publication of the final report of the Curriculum and Assessment Review. Subject to the Secretary of State acceptance of the Review recommendations, any Subject Drafters appointed will support the DfE to draft National Curriculum Programmes of Study across key stages and/or subject content for qualifications including GCSE and A level. They may also be asked to support with the development of subject content for AS levels. Subject Drafters will require substantial expertise in and experience of teaching and leading their subject, understanding of pedagogical approaches, curriculum planning including how to effectively sequence and structure content to support excellent teaching; and/or knowledge/experience of developing similar material for a curriculum or academic qualification. They will need to know how the subject is currently taught in schools, and, responding to Review recommendations, communicate clearly what teachers need to know to teach the subject effectively. Interested suppliers are invited to submit tenders during the window from 16 September to 14 October 2025. Appointment to Lot 10 will be contingent upon meeting the published award criteria and successfully completing the evaluation process.
