Description

The London Borough of Ealing (“the Authority”), has completed a mini-competition procurement process, via the ESPO Washroom Services 2024_239_24 Framework under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as Amended, and has awarded and appointed Personnel Hygiene Services Ltd T/A PHS Group Plc for the provision of services.<br/><br/>The services required by this contract include:<br/><br/>• Feminine hygiene<br/>• Air fresheners<br/>• Hand Care<br/>• Sanitiser<br/>• Matts<br/>• Medical (External nappy waste)<br/>• Medical (Sharps)<br/>• Nappy waste<br/>• Eco clear waterless<br/><br/>It is intended that the contract shall be for an initial term of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The approximate annual value of the contract is £40,000 and the total value is £160,000 including any extension options.
