The consultant's role encompasses strategic planning, financial analysis, feasibility assessment, project management, architectural design, and other key services necessary to ensure the viability and effectiveness of the development. 

The consultant will also be expected to coordinate with relevant stakeholders, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and offer guidance on risk mitigation, sustainability, and market positioning.
