Southwark Council is looking to appoint a contractor to deliver the independent support and advice service contract for Council tenants. The organisation must operate within the UK's housing legislations including the Housing Act 1985, Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, Housing Act 1996 and the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023.

The key aspects of the work identified are in accordance with the specification detail are:
•	Identifying areas without TRAs and working with residents to establish them, as well as running co-produced community events. The service also focuses on recruiting members to scrutiny panels, assisting with TRA budgets, accounts, and bookkeeping, and ensuring adherence to principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion. Supporting TRAs in producing newsletters and publicity materials, fundraising, and holding the Council accountable as a landlord. Additionally, the initiative addresses complaint resolution, measures the impact of resident engagement, and facilitates access to core funding and grants.
•	Further support includes financial management, governance, and the role of TRAs.  Providing representation in Council disputes and ensuring TRAs are well-supported and can effectively serve their communities.

DoF LPS Valuation Delivery Partner Project

Land and Property Services (LPS) is the statutory authority responsible for assessing and collecting property taxation in Northern Ireland. LPS is gearing up for a significant digital transformation aimed at enhancing its property valuation processes. In NI there are in the region of 825,500 Domestic properties, 72,000 Non-Domestic properties and 2,700 properties that contain an element of both domestic and non-domestic. The Directorate also provides a full range of non-rating valuation services to the public sector in Northern Ireland. LPS advises authorities on disposal and acquisition of land, market valuations and property advice, and both before and after valuations for vesting, on all aspects of compulsory purchase and negotiate compensation claims on their behalf. Valuation Services provides valuations (capital and rental) of land and property for a wide range of purposes, including calculations for assessment of benefits and business planning. The specific aims and objectives of this Valuation Delivery Partner Project are to: • implement a digital solution and service operating model which provides ICT functionality and business processes (including automated business processes) to support users to undertake the range of Valuation Services; • ensure that the procured ICT digital solution is flexible and adaptable to support future changes in business needs, supports data driven decision making, business process automation and is monitored and updated over time to embrace new technology that improves the user experience; • ensure the procured ICT digital solution is user friendly, customer-focused, geospatially enabled, supports web-based technologies, digital self-service platforms and provides a range of digital first ICT functionality that is capable of integrating with public facing applications (e.g. contact centre services, portals, 3rd party payment engines, authentication tools), line of business applications and back-office functions that supports intuitive and efficient case management and self-service offering the potential for delivering citizen centric public services; and • ensure the procured ICT solution provides Application Programme Interfaces (API’s) to allow integration with other LPS ICT systems and databases, government services and external systems, adopts an event driven architecture approach and complies with the wider Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) ‘digital first’ policy.

Cyber Resilience Centre Zero Cost Resources

The Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC) within the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) provides a range of multiple award-winning services to protect UK public service, and the well-being of UK residents and citizens, against cyber security threats and against organised criminal attempts to defraud the welfare system. It is also taking the lead in developing a new and highly-regarded approach to countering insider risk, working closely with the National Protective Security Authority. The team believes that there would be broader benefit to the UK national interest in providing the opportunity for suppliers to experience these developments and to work with the team to enhance these capabilities still further. The experience gained should be highly beneficial to suppliers' future engagements. CRC has defined requirements for roles at various levels of experience and would like to advertise this opportunity to suppliers via a market engagement exercise. The team is also open to offering suppliers the opportunity proactively to offer resources which they feel may contribute. The CRC is well-supported by its own internal talent schemes and therefore we only require already talented resources which will improve our joint capabilities.  The requirement would see suppliers providing such resources at zero cost to the Department and presents a significant opportunity for suppliers to enhance their own capabilities through exposure to a sophisticated and mature cyber and personnel security function. Fund Administration & Disbursement Services DPS

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Authority, are creating a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of fund administration and disbursement services. This is to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations.
