Description

The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractor to undertake higher value responsive maintenance, disrepair, damp, mould and condensation works , voids and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council.

Annual AC Equipment and Coldroom service and maintenance including a reactive call out cover, as per Full asset list of university plant. Servicing to be done in accordance with Manufacturers guidelines and University of Dundee scope University of Dundee Scope of annual servicing where applicable.
