Cleveland Fire Brigade is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for its staff and to promote health and wellbeing within the workplace.   A key aspect to this objective is for the organisation to provide a catering service at its main administration hub site in Hartlepool with the successful contractor being expected to work collaboratively with the Brigade ensuring that there is sufficient fresh food on offering each day which clearly show the nutritional value.

LICENSED BAR & CAFÉ SERVICE

TENDERS ARE INVITED from suitably experienced Operators for the continued operation of the Licensed Bar & Café service on behalf of Braunstone Town Council from 11th July 2025 until 10th July 2029, with a potential one year extension to 10th July 2030. The Operator will pay to the Council a fixed sum each year for the period of the Contract and the Operator shall receive all incoming monies from sales and be responsible for all financial aspects of running this established business. Tenders must be in the form prescribed by the Council and delivered enclosed in a plain, sealed envelope, marked 'Tender - Licensed Bar & Café Service' to the Chief Executive & Town Clerk, Braunstone Town Council, Braunstone Civic Centre, Kingsway, Braunstone Town, Leicester, LE3 2PP, not later than: 4pm on Monday 17th March 2025. GB-Watford: Town Hall Quarter - Museum Cafe

Watford Borough Council (WBC) seeks to appoint a suitable operator for the Town Hall Café which will service The Museum of Watford and the wider Town Hall at WD17 3EX. The Museum project is funded by the Council and a successful bid to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. It is part of the Council's wider ambition to regenerate Watford Town Hall and the adjoining Colosseum entertainment venue as part of the Town Hall Quarter, please see this weblink Museum | Watford Town Hall Quarter | Watford, England. The Café, to be run by an operator, has been envisaged to serve visitors to The Museum of Watford, occupiers of the Innovation and Incubation Hub, users of the large Committee/Community room, Council staff as well as passing footfall. 1this initial notice serves as a registration of interest and also a market engagement exercise for the council to assist in scoping the vision for the Cafe which will be part of the new Museum as part of the Town hall Quarter. The Café, situated on the ground floor with new punctured openings out to an external terrace facing the Town Square opposite Watford Central Library. Please read and complete the expression of interest document and submit at the return date.
