Description

The Scottish Government has committed to providing additional funding in the form of Pupil Equity Funding (PEF), to schools as part of the Scottish Attainment Challenge programme. This funding is allocated directly to schools and is aimed at closing the poverty related attainment gap.
The aim of this framework agreement is to allow schools to contract compliantly with providers who will be able to support the pupil equity fund.
This is the September 2023 opening of the Framework.

The East of England Service NHS Trust ("the Authority") covers the six counties which make up the East of England - Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk and provides a range of services, but is best known for the 999-emergency service. About IELTS: IELTS is a high stakes English Language test which is accepted by more than 12000 organisations worldwide. IELTS is trusted because of its reliable content and secure delivery. Tests are subject to clear rules and requirements around the quality of the test environment, the security of the test and the actions of test day staff. The test consists of a 3-hour written test taken on computer and a 15-minute speaking exam, delivered via the internet. Tests usually start at 9am or 1pm and can be scheduled for any day of the week, although some days, especially Saturdays are more popular. What is a PTP: As a Partner Testing Point, you would be responsible for delivering scheduled IELTS tests at times and on dates agreed with British Council. To do this, you will need to supply: o a computer testing room, o at least one room set up for online speaking tests, o secure storage for test materials and candidate belongings. o a waiting area, o appropriate staff to manage the test preparation and delivery.
