VoIP Telephony & Fibre Internet

Great Dunmow Town Council is inviting tenders for the provision of a new hosted telephony system and business-grade fibre internet connection under a five-year contract, with an option to review after three years. The Council currently requires eight phones, with the ability to add more in future as needed. We are seeking a modern VoIP solution supported by reliable fibre internet, together with world-class customer service and technical support. Suppliers are encouraged to put forward their own proposals and ideas for system design, showing how their solution would best meet the Council's needs for flexibility, reliability, and ease of use. The Council is particularly interested in approaches that can grow with the organisation and that ensure continuity of service in the event of any issues. Tenders will be assessed on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), considering quality, price, implementation, and added value. The timetable for this procurement is as follows: publication of this notice on 1 September 2025; deadline for clarification questions by 12 September 2025 (12:00 noon); deadline for tender submission by 22 September 2025 (12:00 noon); evaluation during the week of 22-26 September 2025; and notification of the award decision by 30 September 2025, with contract start planned for 1 October 2025. Suppliers wishing to discuss requirements or seek further information should contact the Deputy Town Clerk by email at [email protected]
