Description

Service contract for responsive and emergency repairs to existing CCTV and TV installations/systems. The Contract term will be 2 years with an option for
the Client to extend for an additional 2 years on a plus one, plus one basis.

The procurement will provide the Council with a single Contractor to provide CCTV Maintenance. The contract will cover planned and reactive maintenance works of all CCTV cameras, control room and radio system. The current scope of services includes weekly visits to the Borough as well as a 24-hour call-out response and minor programming changes as and when required. Additional ad-hoc costs are incurred for new installations e.g. installation of a new camera. The call-out response (24-hour cover, 4-hour response and 24 hours best endeavour repairs) has proved invaluable in previous ICT network failures and is therefore a critical service for business continuity. This service is also utilised by other departments across the Council.

Term Service Contract for Jetting and CCTV Services

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council covers an area of 930 square miles. The council has approx. 3400km of highway network and numerous flood risk assets throughout the county of the East Riding of Yorkshire, with surface water drainage which is required to be maintained through Jetting and CCTV services. The East Riding of Yorkshire has many miles of culverts, highway drainage assets and flood risk assets that require maintenance on a regular basis. The contract is designed to reduce the risk of flooding, by cleaning, inspecting and mapping drainage assets, including watercourses, culverts, highway interceptors and soakaways. Successful Tenderers may be required to carry out work/services at any location within the East Riding of Yorkshire.

CCTV Maintenance Service for Public Space, Urban Traffic Management (UTMC), Town Hall and Parking

Warrington Borough Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the maintenance service for the operational functionality of all CCTV cameras across its service areas. The service areas comprise of public space, Urban Traffic Management (UTMC), Town Hall and parking. The works will comprise of reactive and preventative maintenance of all CCTV cameras across the four service areas. The operational functionality of all CCTV comprises of hardware / software support and any associated connectivity as set out in the contract document. The CCTV maintenance function for public space will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For the remaining service areas, which comprise of UTMC, Town Hall and parking , the CCTV maintenance function will operate within office hours, this is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
