Description

Birmingham City Council (the Council) is carrying out a further competition exercise using the Council's Rough Sleepers Framework Agreement Lot 1 - Young People (16-25yrs) and Lot 2 - Adults 25yrs plus (Single and Couples) inviting tenders from all approved suppliers included within the aforementioned agreement. The Council will enter into a contract under the terms of the original framework agreement for the requirement with the preferred supplier.  This contract will commence on November 2023 until March 2025.
      
      You are invited to submit a response to the further competition exercise for the provision of Emergency Beds Support and Accommodation, no later than Noon on 9th August 2024.

COV - Family Time (2026)

Coventry City Council is re-commissioning its Family Time service (formerly known as Supervised Contract) for children and families. The service will primarily support children and young people who are looked after by the local authority, ensuring they are able to maintain safe and meaningful contact with their birth families, in line with their care plans and any relevant court orders. The appointed provider will be required to: - Deliver supervised, supported, and handover contact sessions in accordance with care plans and/or court directions. - Provide trained, experienced, and suitably vetted staff to facilitate contact sessions. - Ensure the child's welfare and safety is paramount at all times. - Maintain accurate, impartial, and timely records of each contact session, which may be used in legal proceedings. - Work collaboratively with social workers, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. - Offer flexibility in delivery times, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of children and families. - Provide suitable, child-friendly venues where required, or support contact in community or family-based settings. - Ensure services are delivered in a manner that promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Social Impact Framework

Prior Notice Published: UK-0339 The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub intends to establish a multi-lot framework agreement to support the commissioning of services that address health inequalities and the wider determinants of health. The framework will offer a compliant, structured route for NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), local authorities, and other public sector bodies to procure community-based services. It is designed to strengthen collaboration with VCSEs, SMEs, and specialist providers, with the aim of improving early access to support and reducing pressure on acute services.
