Description

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) acting in its role as a lender, invites quotations for the provision of RICS Red Book valuations and associated advice for a portfolio of 13 predominantly residential development sites mainly located in Cambridgeshire (one in Hertfordshire). The sites are owned by This Land Development Ltd (TL) an arm's length development company, wholly owned by CCC.  There are a further 5 assets (in Essex and one in Suffolk) where TL has a contractual arrangement in place to promote the sites through the planning process and consideration of the value to the company of these contracts is required. Initial valuations are required within a 6 week period from appointment (no later than the 13th November 2024), with the contract remaining open for two years with possible extension.

The anticipated period during which the DPS will be available (i.e. during which Orders may be entered into) will be 8 years from 1st January 2023. It is possible that the term of any Order entered into under the DPS may extend beyond the period of availability of the DPS.
