Appointment of a Project Manager led Integrated Consultant Team for the delivery of the Edmund Rice College, Glengormley. Approximate services value £2.24M. The Integrated Consultant Team to provide full professional services for RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stages 0-7 to include project management, provision of architectural, quantity surveying, structural, services engineering, civil and structural services for delivery of the proposed School Enhancement Programme (SEP) project.

This Framework is being procured by Places for People Group and Procurement Hub for the benefit of itself and its Members. This Framework is available for use by public sector bodies (and their statutory successors) as defined in the Procurement Act 2023 and additionally listed online at: http://www.procurementhub.co.uk/eligibility-criteria/ The decarbonisation Framework is designed to support the delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency measures across Places for People’s domestic assets as well as Procurement Hub members. It is necessary to meet statutory obligations under the Future Homes Standard and to support PfP’s carbon reduction commitments.
