Description

Sheffield City Council (the Council), Children Services seeks to establish the provision of a range of services with the aim of improving care leavers' emotional health and wellbeing. The service will a time-limited intervention for 12 hours per person, targeting young people aged 17-26, to be delivered by a range of providers and delivering a range of types of proposals. The value of the contract advertised is the total budget available between awarded providers (this contract does not guarantee volume). Development and Delivery of 5-year Community Inclusion Programme

Burnley Borough Council, working with partner organisations including Burnley Leisure and Culture and Burnley Central Library, requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultant/consultancy to develop (phase 1) and support delivery (phase 2) of an ambitious programme of inclusive community events to engage local people in heritage and culture in inspiring, innovative, fun and creative ways. The programme will include active participation in heritage-based activities to help achieve positive wellbeing outcomes, promote strengthened community cohesion and pride of place. Additional information: Development Phase 1 and Delivery Phase 2 are two separate phases of the Councils requirement.
