Description

TNI has a requirement for the provision of private coach hire services to facilitate a number of Familiarisation Trips and Business Events throughout each year. The service will entail the collection and transportation of persons as directed by TNI to and from various locations throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Tourism NI is now seeking to establish a contract to appoint Supplier(s) to provide coaching and transport services to help deliver it’s FAM trips and Business Events and achieve Tourism NI’s overarching objectives. The contract will be separated into Lots, one for each of the requirements below, which will be dictated by the FAM type and visitor and the business event requirements. Lot 1 Large Executive and Luxury Coaches Lot 2 Small to Medium Sized VIP and Executive Coaches There is no limit on the number of Lots a Tenderer can submit a tender for or can be awarded.

Framework Agreement for the provision of Art Transportation Services

The Barbican Centre (on behalf of the City of London Corporation) wishes to procure a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for an art transportation service to cover its requirements domestically and internationally. The Framework Agreement has therefore been divided into the following for 4 Lots according to different areas of the world: - Lot 1: UK - Lot 2: UK and Europe - Lot 3: UK, Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Japan - Lot 4: Worldwide For lots 3 and 4, transport could be by air, sea and / or road. Other departments of the City of London Corporation will also have the ability to utilise the Framework Agreement for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those services specified in the procurement documents. The estimated total value of the Framework Agreement is stated in this notice and is for the entire duration, including call-off contracts. There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those Services specified under the established Framework Agreement. The bidders will be required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement before being given access to confidential information, regarding Annex 2 (Forward Plan: Programme of Exhibitions and Tours), Lot specific Exhibition Lists and Scenario Briefs, as well as Pricing Schedules (Scenario Project), relating to the tender. The Framework agreement length is 4 years. The estimated annual value of the Framework Agreement, across the 4 Lots, is approximately 950,000 GBP. Each successful bidder will be required to execute a formal Framework Agreement with the contracting authority which embodies the terms of all the Tender Documents. The Framework Agreement will be executed as a Deed and prepared by the Comptroller and City Solicitor. The successful bidders will be required to execute the formal Framework Agreement prior to the commencement date. The contracting authority reserves the right at any time to vary the timescales in this notice, cease the procurement process and not award Framework Agreement or to award only part of the opportunity described in this notice. If the contracting authority takes up any of these rights then it will not be responsible for, or pay the expenses or losses, which may be incurred by any candidate or tenderer as a result. Economic operators are solely responsible for their costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation of their Tender submissions and all stages throughout the procurement.
