Description

The Council currently commission Young Devon to provide supported accommodation to young people aged 16 years to 25 under a number of Lots in contract TCS2420. 

Recent government regulations have required Young Devon to register Millbrook separately. This Contract will enable the Council to utilise the Millbrook provision outside of the previous scope. The provision and support provided is a key priority for the Council who currently have young people seeking asylum aged 18 years and over placed at Millbrook. The council wish to continue to use this provision for young people18-year-olds and over.

Refuge and Safe Accommodation Services Peterborough

Peterborough Refuge Services - provision of support within a refuge and dispersed/move on accommodation for female victims of Domestic Abuse and for a Children's Support Worker and counselling available to those within the accommodation provided within this contract. The key aims which underpin all of our domestic abuse services are: • Increased safety of the those suffering from domestic abuse • To enable victims and children to cope and recover from abuse they have experienced • To support those using the accommodation to move on to permanent accommodation.

Provision of a Transitional Supported Living Service for Young People

North Ayrshire Council requires the provision of a transitional supported living service for young people aged 16 to 21 years. The anticipated contract start date is 1st April 2026 until 31st March 2029, with the option to extend by up to 48 months.
