Invitation to Tender for the installation of a new combined bridleway, pedestrian, cycle footpath at Kingston Close Bury.

The current combined bridleway, pedestrian, cycle footpath (starts near St Gabriel's High School) which is situated on the former Bury to Bolton Railway Line ends in the cutting near Kingston Close, where there is a ramp to continue the cycleway and separate set of steps (located further down) to provide pedestrian access. Any new path cannot be carried on in the cutting section due to it being in private ownership.

The existing bridleway way combined path continues from a bridge access on Buckingham Drive across the fields to Ainsworth. The proposed new works are intended to join up the two existing sections up by a diverted new bridleway section out of the former railway cutting and across the adjacent field edge.

Charnwood Borough Council ('CBC') owns and manages around 5,450 rented properties and 333 leasehold dwellings based in the town of Loughborough, Leicestershire, and its surrounding towns and rural villages. The Citigen Heating and Cooling Optimisation Programme is a programme of combined Minor Improvements and building side hydraulic system changes, to buildings connected to the Citigen District Heating & Cooling Network in order to improve network performance, predominantly through improving return temperatures and maximising delta T via reduction in consumption and improving pumping efficiency.
