MBC Support to Officers preparing three Strategic Site Supplementary Planning Documents

Maidstone Local Planning Authority (MLPA) is inviting suitably experienced consultants to tender to provide support to officers preparing three Strategic Site Supplementary Planning Documents for Heathlands Garden Settlement, Lidsing Garden Community and Invicta Park Barracks. The three strategic sites were allocated in the Maidstone Local Plan Review 2021-2038 (MLPR), through policies LPRSP4(A), LPRSP4(B) and LPRSP5(B) and require MLPA to work with each site promoter to produce an agreed SPD to masterplan and facilitate delivery. The site promoters produced evidence to support the site allocations in the MLPR and they will now be taking that evidence base further to support MLPA. MLPA will be using the evidence to prepare the SPDs, which will incorporate framework masterplans prepared by the promoters. This will then be consulted on and adopted, in accordance with statutory requirements, ensuring the MLPR policy requirements for the SPDs are met.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), hereby known as the Authority, is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Contract for the supply of management consultancy including restructuring and insolvency services. Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) (RM6309) will be available for use by organisations, and their successors, listed in the authorised customer list cited at VI.3 (Additional Information) of this Notice. Services will be delivered primarily within the United Kingdom, with some limited requirements overseas. MCF4 will replace Management Consultancy Framework Three (RM6187) and Restructuring and Insolvency Services (RM6269). INS301-02 NI Nutrients - Divergence on Nutrients between NI and RoI

To support the OEP in reaching a position on the issues, risks and opportunities posed by actual or potential regulatory divergence on environmental protection in Northern Ireland. Having set out the wider background, we then require a more detailed assessment of the issues that any such regulatory divergence could have for nutrient management in Northern Ireland. 3.2 This objective will be achieved through review and explanation of the following areas, as described further in section 5: A. Regulatory background impacting NI, with specific focus on the environment. B. Current understanding/position of regulatory divergence relevant to the environment. C. Regulation relevant to nutrient management, particularly agricultural and wastewater. D. Forward look at potential options and likely scenarios. E. Key risks and opportunities for environmental regulation, and particularly nutrient management, in Northern Ireland Additional information: Closing Date extended until the 17th November.
