Description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), hereby known as the Authority, is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Contract for the supply of management consultancy including restructuring and insolvency services.
Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) (RM6309) will be available for use by organisations, and their successors, listed in the authorised customer list cited at VI.3 (Additional Information) of this Notice.
Services will be delivered primarily within the United Kingdom, with some limited requirements overseas.
MCF4 will replace Management Consultancy Framework Three (RM6187) and Restructuring and Insolvency Services (RM6269).
MCF4 will have 10 lots -

Women's Community Health Worker Service (WCHW)

Buckinghamshire Council's Public Health team are commissioning a Women's Community Health Worker Service (WCHW) on a pilot basis for 3 years only. The aim of the Service is to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes of women (including women from key ethnic groups) living within the most deprived areas of Aylesbury and High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire before, during and after their pregnancies. This will be achieved through recruiting and training five whole time equivalent Women's Community Health Workers to provide a range of targeted one-to-one, group and community-based activities that meet the needs of this population. Community health workers are defined by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as: "Providers who live in the community they serve and receive lower levels of formal education and training than professional health care workers such as nurses and doctors. This human resource group has enormous potential to extend services to vulnerable populations, such as communities living in remote areas and historically marginalized people, to meet unmet health needs in a culturally appropriate manner, improve access to services, address inequities in health status and improve health system performance and efficiency." Community Health Workers will perform a variety of duties, across the four key themes (educational, navigational, support and intelligence), whilst working closely with voluntary and community sector colleagues, primary care, maternity, health visitors, public health, adult social care, community mental health teams and the Family Nurse Partnership. Homes England Board Effectiveness Review

Objectives of the Procurement/ Services required Board Effectiveness Review to be delivered by 31 March 2025 The objective of the procurement is to secure the services of an expert external assessor organisation to lead the evaluation of the Homes England Board's effectiveness and to provide feedback and recommendations about how it can be even more effective. Homes England has a very experienced Board and executive team and delivers on a wide range of Government priorities in relation to housing, including a number of high profile national campaigns (for example Cladding Safety, Affordable Homes and Help to Buy. To be effective and well received the Board and key Stakeholder, these audiences must have confidence in the lead reviewer and their expertise. It is vital that the lead reviewer is able to command the confidence and trust of Board and Executive Leadership Team members to ensure that review recommendations are accepted and put into action. The Board and ELT strive to perform at the highest level, to ensure that Homes England has the most effective leadership - on behalf of the government the organisation and the public we serve. Against these ambitions for achieving highest standards, the review will identify the Board's current good practice as well as areas of improvement or additional focus. The Review Process will result in a written report and improvement recommendations, that the lead reviewer may be asked to present to the Board. The review or an executive summary of its recommendation, will need to be prepared with a view of possible publication on the Agency's website.
