Staff Engagement Survey

Description

The Fund has developed a Corporate Plan, including a number of KPIs, one of which stipulates that "our employee engagement score will be in the top quartile when compared with similar and comparable organisations." We seek the provision of a service to ensure, first, that this KPI is reported and; second, to enable The Fund to take informed actions that allow us to meet our target.

The contract was procured and awarded via the CCS G-Cloud 13 Framework Agreement (RM1557.13).

Contract term is 1 + 1 + 1.

Total Contract Value: 34,500 GBP.

Year 2 - Optional Extension: 11,500 GBP
