Peterborough City Council requires a qualified SPS Provider to co-create and co-deliver a blended management development programme that helps achieve the council's strategy and its broader goals of building places and changing lives.

Peterborough City Council also requires a qualified SPS Provider to co-create and co-deliver a blended leadership development programme.

This contract is split into two Lots:

Lot 1 - Management Development Blended Learning Programme

Lot 2 - Leadership Development Blended Learning Programme

The Contracts may be awarded to a single provider, or two different providers.

The framework provides access to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for the sourcing, administration and management of customers' training requirements. The framework also provides Learning Management System (LMS) providers, allowing for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of training requirements, and this is intended for customers who plan on retaining the sourcing and booking of their organisation's training requirements in house and require a system to administer these requirements.
