UKRI-4609 Furniture Framework for STFC- RAL

The aim of this procurement is to contract with a Supplier to supply and manage furniture installs at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL), The Coseners House and Chilbolton (South). We are looking to start a new framework over 4 years with 2 optional extension of one year (2 + 1 + 1) with a maximum potential value of £5,000,000 Excluding VAT. Please note UKRI will introduce a one month mobilisation period which will take place before the commencement of the contract. The estimated annual spend is £1,000,000.00 Excluding VAT. Due to the frequent construction of new buildings on site, an additional £1,000,000.00 has been included in the total estimated value. However, please note that this amount is not guaranteed. The RAL site can have a number of challenges/complexities, and we are looking for a specialist who can support the management of furniture and all aspects of services that come with this. The majority of orders placed will be classed as business-as-usual furniture orders. Throughout the contract there will be a number of projects, which will vary from new buildings to major refurbishment works within existing buildings. Direct award works will be given to the main supplier of a value up to 50K. Quotations will need to be obtained from all suppliers on the framework (a mini comp) for any works over the value of 50K. The winning quotation is based on lowest price and delivery timescales. We are looking to appoint two suppliers: 1)Main Supplier (direct to award up to 50K – if the supplier can source manage the works) 2)Second supplier Please refer to the entire documentation set in our eSourcing portal; https://ukri.deltaesourcing.com/respond/K55UY7XHQ8 To view this notice, please click here: https://ukri.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=947738505
