This framework is designed to meet the essential needs of public sector contracting authorities for temporary housing and decant services. Selected suppliers will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of accommodation and decant solutions, including: A 24/7, year-round service for vetting, sourcing, and booking accommodation. Procurement of all necessary ancillary provisions, whether through hire or purchase. Tenderers must demonstrate proven experience in supplying temporary accommodation to housing associations, local authorities, and comparable public sector organisations, along with the capacity to respond rapidly to emergency housing requirements. Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations for Maintenance, Repairs and Replacement of Central Boiler Plant within Housing dwellings, Hull.
