GR/CPS Agent for Acquisitions Programme.
This contract utilises the outcome of the prior competitive tender process to establish a new agreement with the acquisition's agent. The previous competition was awarded to SimplyPhi via Constellia who demonstrated the most economically advantageous tender. BCC has secured substantially increased funding for roughly 10x the number of properties, leading to significantly higher targets. These increased targets mean a larger number of homes, resulting in a higher overall contract value.
